Excel WRAPROWS function
Cuts a long list into rows of the same size. In Spanish Excel it is called AJUSTARFILAS.
Syntax
English Excel
=WRAPROWS(vector, wrap_count, [pad_with])
Spanish Excel (Mexico)
=AJUSTARFILAS(vector, recuento_de_ajuste, [rellenar_con])
Spanish Excel (Spain, Latin America)
=AJUSTARFILAS(vector; recuento_de_ajuste; [rellenar_con])
| Argument | What it is |
|---|---|
| vector | A row or column of values. |
| wrap_count | How many values per row. |
| pad_withoptional | What to put in the last row’s gaps; if omitted, #N/A. |
Example
TOCOL puts every value of a range into a single column; with 1 as the second argument it skips blank cells. WRAPROWS(list, n) does the opposite: it cuts a list into rows of n values.
=WRAPROWS(F2#,2)
Common mistake
Excel 365 only. Use "" as padding so the last row does not show #N/A. WRAPCOLS does the same in columns.

In F2, make a single column with everyone on the shifts, with no gaps.
